Welcome...
Therapy can be a powerful and personal experience of reconnection. In a world that can often require a disconnection from ourselves, it can provide a space to return to your voice, values and wholeness.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, low mood, transitional times or life events - or looking for a space to pause and explore where you are in life, to reflect on values and relationships, make sense of the past and its impact, talk through concerns without judgement, organise your thoughts, access your creativity, take a pause and 'zoom-out' from life, foster self compassion and self trust, be challenged to grow or to focus on future decisions and direction - you don’t have to do so alone.
I'm an experienced and collaborative integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, dedicated to supporting clients to explore who they are, heal, and grow in ways that feel authentic, grounded and empowering.

I work alongside clients on a wide range of issues and my practice is especially rooted in identity, self-esteem and relationships, offering an inclusive space for you to be fully yourself. Together we’ll work at your pace, in a way that’s organic, collaborative, and compassionate. I offer online and in-person therapy on a one-off, short- or long-term basis.
Curious about working together?

You’re welcome to reach out for a free 15-minute phone call or book a one-hour introductory session. No pressure—just a chance to talk, connect, and explore what you need.
Appointments are available in-person at my light, welcoming and historic warehouse space on Sowerby Bridge Wharf, as well as online, via telephone, or through walk-and-talk sessions local to Sowerby Bridge, Calderdale, West Yorkshire.
