How can I support you?
01.
In-person Therapy
£50
I offer hour long sessions in a light, cozy and welcoming therapy room in a historic warehouse space on the Wharf in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire. The room is on a main bus route, less than a mile from Sowerby Bridge Train Station and free parking is available on site.
In-person therapy may suit you if you prefer:
-
a more personal, face-to-face connection
-
a structured, distraction-free environment
-
to keep therapy seperate from your daily life for clearer focus
I can offer you a free introductory call, so that we can have a conversation about your reasons for getting in touch. This is your opportunity to find out a little bit more about the way we might work together. Whether you have been in therapy before or considering it for the first time, all questions are entirely welcome.

02.
Online Therapy
£50
Online counselling can be convenient, accessible and time saving.
This option may suit you if you are:
-
home-based / work from home / live remotely
-
prefer being in the comfort of your own space
-
have caring responsibilities
-
wanting support for a specialist issue
-
are too far away to meet face to face
I am specifically trained in delivering online therapy and will make you feel at ease in this space. For online sessions I have some limited early morning availability for those who are wishing to fit around a busy schedule.
If you have any questions I would be very happy to have a phone conversation to talk about how this might work for you. This is your opportunity to find out a little bit more about the way we might work together. Whether you have been in therapy before or considering it for the first time, all questions are entirely welcome.
03.
Walk and Talk Therapy
£50
Therapy doesn’t always have to happen indoors. Walk and Talk Therapy takes the conversation outdoors with an embodied approach, combining the benefits of movement, fresh air, and nature with the depth of traditional talking therapy. This approach can feel more natural and less intense than sitting face-to-face, making it easier to open up.
It’s especially helpful if:
-
You find it easier to talk while moving
-
you have previously felt discomfort with seated therapy
-
You feel more at ease in outdoor settings
-
You’re looking for a therapy space that feels less clinical
-
You’re managing stress, anxiety, or burnout and want to reconnect with your body and environment
Sessions take place along flat, moderate and local canal paths and routes to Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire and go at your pace—physically and emotionally. Dogs are welcome - on occasion I may bring my therapy-assistant spaniel along!
Whether we walk side by side or take breaks to pause and reflect, this is therapy that can be adapted to suit you.
I would be happy to talk about whether this is an option for you, do get in contact to ask any questions.
This is your opportunity to find out a little bit more about the way we might work together. Whether you have been in therapy before or considering it for the first time, all questions are entirely welcome.

Single Session Therapy
£50
Sometimes, one meaningful conversation is all it takes to gain clarity, feel more grounded, or move forward with a challenge you’re facing.
Single Session Therapy is a focused, one-off therapeutic session designed to help you make the most of the time we spend together—whether you’re navigating a specific issue, exploring a decision, or just needing space to speak out loud or reflect. Sessions will remain person centered yet with the addition of a solution-focussed coaching approach.
This approach is ideal if:
-
You have a specific current issue you would like to explore or understand
-
You’re feeling stuck and want fresh perspective
-
You’re not ready for ongoing therapy, but need support right now
-
You’re curious about therapy and want to try it out
-
You’re in ongoing therapy elsewhere but want a different viewpoint
SST isn’t about rushing the process—it’s about meeting you where you are, with intention and impact. Sessions can be online, in-person or walk and talk.
One session, on your terms, with no obligation to continue (unless you want to of course).
